How do we help?

Four Phase Overview

Participants will be attending regular house meetings, do chores, attend counseling sessions, weekly outside meetings and church throughout all four phases.

Three Months

Participants will be on a “black out period” for 30 days. Where they will not be allowed to contact the outside world. Make a personalized case plan for each person that best fits them. Make goals for the year ahead. Community service will be chaperoned during this phase.

Six months

Begin job search. Make goals for personal recovery. Set up a bank account and make a plan for any unpaid debts. Community service will be a requirement when work does not interfere. Begin an inner healing process.

Three Months

Begin a re-entry plan. Housing plan. Get their license and look at getting them a vehicle. They are allowed to have a cellphone in this stage.

No set time for this Stage

Optional to sign on. This phase is about giving back to the program. The plan is to have permanent housing for those who will want to live on the property and get training to work at the residential house and be a living testimony.

Testimony highlight

My name is Madalyn Lambert.

I'm from Briery Branch, Virginia.

Why I started using drugs? The inability to heal from trauma and drugs being introduced and it becoming a toxic sense of normalcy.

I had tried getting clean several times and continued to revert back to my old ways when the world reminded me of why I used them.

New Life Recovery has been apart of my addiction and sobriety sense 2021. I have been met with love understanding and encouragement with everyone. One of my final relapses in 2023, I landed myself back in jail. They never left me. I let them find a program that would help me receive the healing I needed and they walked with me every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine at first what kind of care and love they must have to not give up on me. I later realized it was the love of God working through them to give me a tangible version to show what even a fraction of Jesus' love for people can do.

I’ve been clean from being an IV user since May 22, 2023 and my goals for the future are to continue to stand with Resurrected Ministries and eventually help save lives.
